By accessing or using the Clinicians of Color Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
The marketplace is open to buyers of all backgrounds. Sellers must be at least 18 years old and must complete identity verification before listing any products. Licensed clinicians who wish to display a verified badge must also submit their professional license for review.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality of their products, and timely fulfillment of orders. All content listed must be original work or content the seller has the legal right to sell. Sellers may not list counterfeit, plagiarized, or otherwise infringing content. Sellers agree to abide by the platform dispute resolution policy.
Buyers agree to pay for purchases in full at the time of checkout. Buyers may not attempt to take transactions off-platform to avoid fees. Buyers agree to use the platform dispute process for any concerns about orders.
Sellers pay a monthly listing fee and a percentage of each sale. Fee amounts are disclosed at the time of seller onboarding. All payments are processed by Stripe. The platform reserves the right to update fee structures with reasonable notice.
Seller payouts are held after purchase confirmation to protect buyers. Physical product payouts are held for 7 days after confirmed delivery. Digital product payouts are released 48 hours after purchase. Live training payouts are released 48 hours after the training date, assuming no dispute has been filed.
Users may not engage in fraud, harassment, or any conduct that violates applicable law. Sellers may not misrepresent their credentials or the nature of their products. The platform reserves the right to remove any listing or suspend any account at its discretion.
All disputes between buyers and sellers are subject to the platform Dispute Policy. Platform decisions on disputes are final. Users who believe a platform decision was made in error may submit a written appeal within 14 days.
The platform is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or fitness of any product listed by third-party sellers. The platform facilitates transactions but does not endorse any individual seller or product.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
